It works like magic. I can’t believe it, but after 4 days of rubbing this on my 2 terribly painful arthritic bumps, I have no more pain. It’s amazing. I just poke a hole with a pin and squeeze it out, so one pill lasts me all day. It’s very thin and rubs in perfectly. You don’t need to use a lot.
This is part of my daily health regiment. I take these daily for Omega 3, 6, and 9. Nice stuff. Good price. Good for me.
