Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I tried this out of desperation, when I kept having trouble falling asleep, or awakening after a few hours, and literally tossing and turning for a few more. I was groggy the next day, and miserable. I did try (I can't name it or this review won't be posted) an occasional natural OTC sleep aid, which helped me to fall asleep, but I still awakened later. I saw an ad for gummies that would help with sleep, that had CBD, but they were very expensive, so I thought I'd try this. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, and I thought I might be throwing my money away. However, wow, it works!! I put a dropperful under my tongue, and for me hold it there a whole minute. (I have tori under my tongue, and so the surface area is decreased, so I need more time, for most people likely the recommended 30 seconds would be perfect.) Then I swallow it, and while it's not the best taste in the world, it's not horrible either. I would imagine that most oils would taste similar, and it doesn't take long and the taste is gone. I usually go to sleep (after reading) 30 minutes to an hour after, and I fall asleep much easier. The best part is during the night though! Yes, I have awakened at night still, and had that "oh crap" feeling when I do, and wondering how long I'll be awake. The answer is, not long at all! I've been able to go back to sleep, and I'm guessing I haven't been awake longer than ten minutes, vs the few hours it used to be. I honestly don't know how it helps, and I know that some people say it doesn't work for them, but for me it is amazing, and I am recommending it to everyone I know, who has trouble with sleep!
High GRADE HEMP OIL.....a must try to believe. This is the REAL THING....Used 0.5 ml as test amount and got excellent results. A little slow in working, but very STRONG once absorb. Thinking is clearer, but could use a STRONG COFFEE to get THINKING PROCESSES GOING. Highly recommend this product to PEOPLE IN HIGH STRESS, will keep you out of shrinks couch, save $$$. Effects Lasted 22 hours, for 0.5 ml. Combine with coffee and korean ginseng and you got a powerful drink. Still has to go under tongue...VERY GOOD PRODUCT.......So good, I order more inside 12 hours... This stuff works.... Great for pain relief....
great oil that doesn't taste bad. great oil. No bad taste and I use it under the tongue every day, I have been using this oil for years and sometimes when I take a break to see if it still works I do feel the difference in my joints. I would recommend this oil.
